These Terms of Service govern use of AthleticDesk, a web-based tool for managing high school athletic department schedules, staffing, and communications. By using AthleticDesk, you agree to these terms.
AthleticDesk is intended for use by school athletic departments and the staff, coaches, and volunteers they authorize. School administrators are responsible for who they grant access to within their own school's account.
If you choose to connect your Google account, you're authorizing AthleticDesk to take specific actions on your behalf — such as creating, updating, and deleting the calendar events it publishes, and creating Google Sheets exports — exactly as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect this access at any time through your Google Account settings.
We aim to keep AthleticDesk available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the app from time to time.
A school retains ownership of the data it enters into AthleticDesk. We act as the operator of the platform on the school's behalf and do not claim ownership of a school's schedules, rosters, or records.
A school may stop using AthleticDesk at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
AthleticDesk is provided "as is." While we work to keep it accurate and reliable, we're not responsible for scheduling conflicts, staffing gaps, or other outcomes resulting from how the app is used — school staff remain responsible for verifying and confirming their own schedules and assignments.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AthleticDesk after a change means you accept the updated terms.
